Job summary

Raytheon is seeking a Product Manager for RF components to oversee GaN/GaAs MMIC chip programs, coordinating with operations, engineering, and finance to manage schedules, costs, and delivery commitments.

You will monitor product yield, analyze risks, and work with engineering on cost and delivery impacts, while collaborating on proposals for future programs within the RFC wafer foundry.

Qualifications

• Lean manufacturing concepts with proven track record of lean or six sigma project implementations.
• Experience with Manufacturing Requirements Planning systems (SAP).
• Program/Project management experience and strong communication across multiple levels.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate program requirements and manage execution.
• Provide status of program performance and delivery commitments.
• Develop quarterly Estimate at Completion financial packages with variance analysis.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities and communicate risks.
• Lead bid packages and approval processes for proposals.
• Operate in a results-driven environment.
• Ensure full compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities.
