Qualifications

• MS in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years in semiconductor product management, marketing, or related leadership roles.
• Strong understanding of RF semiconductor technologies (RF SOI, SiGe BiCMOS, RF GaN, CMOS).
• Experience building business cases, financial models, forecasts and long-range plans.
• Proven ability to engage customers and work across global cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Own profitability and growth of RF GaN and related RF portfolio.
• Define and execute product-line strategies to hit revenue and market-share goals.
• Develop roadmaps aligned with customer needs and market trends.
• Lead design-win activities and collaborate with engineering, sales and marketing.
• Monitor product performance and drive lifecycle from intro to end-of-life.
