In addition to managing existing programs, this Product Manager will also collaborate on estimates and proposals for future work.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate activities between numerous cross‑functional groups and clearly communicate material status and identified risks.
  • Lead proposal teams to develop bid packages and lead the approval process.
  • Operate effectively in a results‑driven environment.
  • Ensure full compliance of company policies and procedures.
  • Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities.

  • Experience with supporting or using a Manufacturing Requirements Planning system e.g., SAP.
  • Program / Project management experience.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), presentation skills, and interface at all levels of organization.
  • Good interpersonal skills to manage tasks that bridge operations, production control, engineering, supply chain, and customer relations.
  • Experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, and Teams).
  • Ability to translate functional, tactical actions and decisions into broad business impact.
