Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Mission Systems Engineer with an RF Aperture focus to lead end-to-end payload development and integration for autonomous air systems. You will own RF payloads, select antennas, and validate performance through simulation and chamber or free-space measurements while coordinating with subcontractors and internal teams to meet mission outcomes.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in related engineering fields, experience with HFSS and network analyzers, and a TS

Qualifications

• Proven experience in RF engineering and antenna design.
• Experience validating RF systems with measurements and simulation.
• Active U.S. Top Secret security clearance is required.
• Knowledge of RF chamber testing and network analyzers is essential.

Responsibilities

• Own RF payloads from concept through production as architect.
• Select antennas for payload integration onto vehicles.
• Estimate antenna performance via simulation and validate with measurements.
• Perform co-site analysis of installed RF systems.
• Conduct trades for communications, sensing, and effector systems with the AD&S team.
• Architect autonomous payload concepts, layouts, interfaces, and employment.
