Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Senior RF Mission Systems Engineer for the Air Dominance & Strike group. You will lead mission-level outcomes by selecting payloads, validating integrations, and driving system trades across radar, EO/IR, RF, and EW domains.

The role requires an active U.S. Top Secret clearance and 8+ years in engineering. You will work with MATLAB, Python, C++, COMSOL, and Ansys to model performance and verify results with test teams.

Qualifications

• Active U.S. Top Secret clearance required or ability to obtain
• Experience with radar, EO/IR, RF, or EW payloads and sensors
• Physics-based modeling and system performance analysis
• 2+ years of payload integration and validation
• 8+ years in a relevant science/engineering field

Responsibilities

• Conduct trades for communications, sensing, and effector systems to deliver mission outcomes
• Architect autonomous payload and system concepts with requirements, layout, interfaces, and employment
• Develop and adapt physics-based models of payload performance with SMEs
• Create and validate effects-based models for mission-level modeling and simulation tools
• Verify system performance in collaboration with test and integration engineers
• Coordinate with subcontractors and internal teams to meet subsystem requirements and schedule
• Communicate results clearly across internal and external stakeholders
