Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 7+ years hands-on RF design, build, test, and troubleshooting.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams to define requirements and tests.
• Experience with RF test equipment and RF systems.
• Knowledge of aviation and tactical communications systems.
• Proficient with Python and RF modeling/simulation.
• Willingness to travel 25–75% and maintain a U.S. Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Architect, design, integrate, test, and optimize RF hardware across platforms.
• Configure, simulate, evaluate, and test RF systems and datalinks.
• Develop RF link budgets, co-site analysis, and desense reports.
• Create RF system interconnect diagrams.
• Select and manage RF vendors for radios, cables, antennas.
• Support subsystems cross-disciplinary studies to optimize vehicle designs.
