Job summary

Anduril Industries seeks a Mission Systems Engineer with an RF Aperture focus to join the Air Dominance and Strike team. You will own RF payloads from concept to production and guide hardware decisions for autonomous air platforms.

The role requires security clearance, hands-on antenna design and integration, performance estimation, and close collaboration with internal teams and subcontractors to deliver mission-ready systems.

Qualifications

• Active U.S. Top Secret security clearance is required.
• Experience with RF chamber measurements and network analyzers.
• 2+ years experience with HFSS.
• 2+ years in antenna design or integration.
• 5+ years in relevant science/engineering field.

Responsibilities

• Own RF payloads from concept through production as the architect.
• Select antennas for payloads to integrate onto vehicles.
• Estimate installed antenna performance via simulation and validate with measurements.
• Conduct trades for communications, sensing, and effector systems to deliver mission outcomes.
• Architect autonomous payload and system concepts with defined interfaces and employment.
