Job summary

Sofidel America in Circleville, OH, is seeking a Machine Operator for our converting team on a 12-hour rotating shift. You will operate machinery, perform quality checks, and support shipping while adhering to standard methods and safety policies.

Qualified candidates typically have a high school diploma or GED, SAP experience, and the ability to work cross-functionally in a team environment. This long-term role offers growth within a global tissue producer and a stable manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent experience.
• SAP experience is a must.
• Ability to work cross-functionally across departments in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate machinery according to production orders and specifications.
• Perform hourly quality checks and submit daily QA reports.
• Load and unload materials using hoists, pallet jacks, and related equipment.
• Program and monitor computerized control panels and adjust settings for correct sizes and lengths.
• Assist with packaging setup and product changeovers to meet customer specs.
• Maintain clean, safe work area and adhere to GMP/HACCP policies.
• Collaborate with quality, maintenance, and supervision teams.
• Support Lean initiatives and continuous improvement efforts.
