Sofidel America is seeking a qualified Machine Operator to join our converting team in the local area. You will operate machinery and computer software to produce finished products, perform quality checks, and prepare items for shipping in a stable, long-term role.

Responsibilities

• Operate machinery and computer software to produce finished products.
• Perform hourly quality checks and submit daily quality reports to QA.
• Load parent rolls of paper and operate hoist and pallet jack.
• Program and monitor computerized operating panels and set up rewinds.
• Coordinate changeovers with Rapid Changeover Technicians (RCO Techs).
• Ensure products meet customer specifications and packaging requirements.
• Maintain lean work areas and support GMP and HACCP practices.
