Set up, operate, and maintain converting machines that rewind, saw, band, wrap, box, or stack paper goods. Monitor quality checks, provide training to Operator Assistants, and collaborate with quality, maintenance, and supervisory staff.
Requires lifting of 10–100 lbs, frequent walking, occasional sprinting, and routine bending, squatting, or kneeling. Work environment includes paper dust, noise, and need for hearing protection.
Plant temperatures vary seasonally; PPE such as safety shoes, eye and ear protection, high‑visibility vests, and hairnets or hats are required. Employees may be exposed to paper dust and noise levels necessitating hearing protection.
