Job summary

Ocean Casino Resort seeks an Ocean Rewards Supervisor to explain the Ocean Rewards card program and its benefits to guests and team members, driving guest retention and satisfaction.

You will enroll guests, update records, issue cards, and oversee the Rewards Desk and satellite sign-up locations while inventorying supplies and coordinating with departments to improve service and the guest experience. Strong supervisory and customer service skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 2+ years of recent, relevant work experience.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in a casino environment preferred.
• Advanced customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication required.

Responsibilities

• Explain the Ocean Rewards program and benefits to guests and team members.
• Enroll guests into the Ocean Rewards program and manage information updates.
• Oversee the Ocean Rewards Desk and satellite sign-up locations and inventory supplies.
• Supervise and train Ocean Rewards and Marketing Operations Representatives, including scheduling and briefings.
• Maintain promotional calendars and ensure desk compliance with rules and regulations.
• Collaborate with departments to resolve issues and improve guest experience.
