Job summary

Ocean Casino Resort in Atlantic City, NJ is seeking a Marketing Operations Representative to work in the Player’s Club and at Special Events. You will greet guests, register them for the Player’s Club or events, and assist with on-site execution and setup of promotions.

The role requires excellent guest service, clear communication in English, and the ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 25 lbs, and work weekends and holidays as needed. Training provided.

Qualifications

• Ability to explain loyalty card programs and rewards.
