Job summary

The Ocean Casino Resort in Atlantic City is seeking a Marketing Operations Representative to greet guests, register them for the Player’s Club or Special Events, and assist with on-site setup and execution.

You will work in both the Player’s Club and at Special Events, deliver superior guest service, input data into the database, explain loyalty programs, and help maintain event signage and materials.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering high levels of guest service in a busy venue.
• Ability to input guest information accurately into a database.
• Ability to explain and promote loyalty programs and rewards.

Responsibilities

• Provide the highest level of guest service by greeting all guests pleasantly and with a positive demeanor.
• Answer all questions by guests and input their information into the database.
• Explain loyalty card programs and rewards to team members and customers.
• Enroll customers into the loyalty card program and update information as needed.
• Maintain awareness of promotions, events and programs and communicate them to staff.
• Assist in set-up and removal of event fixtures and materials.
• Prepare registration items for events and manage guest lists and tickets.
• Comply with regulatory requirements and company policies.
