Job summary

Foxwoods Resort Casino is seeking a Marketing Rewards Rep to welcome guests, enroll new members, and manage promotions at the Rewards Desk and VIP lounges. The role requires strong customer service, basic computer skills, and the ability to stand for long periods while assisting guests with promotions, events, and loyalty programs.

You will interface with multiple departments to ensure smooth operation, answer questions about entertainment and dining, and maintain a high level of guest

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of customer service experience required.

Responsibilities

• Enroll new club members and promote gaming club promotions.
• Process and ensure accurate redemption of promotional coupons and programs.
• Serve as cashier for sales and coupon redemption programs.
• Reconcile daily paperwork with existing programs.
• Greet guests and provide information on Foxwoods promotions, events, and attractions.
• Register guests at the Rewards Desk and VIP Player’s Lounge and assist with events.
