Job summary

Mashantucket Pequot Gaming Enterprise is seeking a Marketing Rewards Rep to support the Foxwoods Rewards program. You will enroll new club members, ensure accurate coupon promotions, and provide exceptional service at the Rewards Desk and VIP Player’s Lounge, greeting guests arriving by bus or car and sharing schedules, attractions, and events.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED and at least one year of customer service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; one year of customer service experience required.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Excellent customer service and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Enroll new club members and related gaming club promotions.
• Process and ensure accurate redemption of promotional coupons and programs.
• Serve as a cashier for sales and coupon redemption programs.
• Maintain daily paperwork reconciliation in coordination with programs.
• Greet and assist guests at VIP lounges and rewards desks.
• Respond to guest inquiries about events, promotions, and hotel amenities.
• Distribute promotional materials and gifts to patrons and groups.
• Work with various departments to communicate marketing programs.
