Job summary

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older upon employment.
• One to three years of Marketing/Customer Service experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of player tracking systems preferred.
• Ability to perform basic calculations.

Responsibilities

• Assist Rewards Club card members and greet Bus Marketing patrons.
• Enroll patrons in the Rewards Club.
• Promote positive guest and employee relations.
• Train new hires and assist in other projects.
