Job summary

MGM Resorts International is recruiting a Marketing Representative to promote and enroll guests in the MGM Rewards program at the Rewards desk. You will promote exclusive perks and assist with event promotions, using multiple systems including Patron Management.

The role supports guests, explains program details, and coordinates reservations for dining, hotel, and transportation while contributing to host-driven promotions and giveaways.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• 1 year of prior customer service experience.
• Experience in a resort setting preferred.
• Ability to work varied shifts including weekends, holidays, and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Promote and enroll guests in MGM Rewards program.
• Explain program updates and MGM Rewards details to guests.
• Navigate Patron Management systems for guest transactions.
• Make reservations for restaurants, hotel, and transportation.
• Assist with promotional events, giveaways, and comps.
