Job summary

Caesars Entertainment Corporation is seeking a customer-focused team member to deliver top-tier service and actively promote the Caesars Rewards program at Harrah’s properties in Arizona. You will greet guests, explain rewards benefits, and support promotions while maintaining data integrity and confidentiality.

The role requires 1–2 years of customer service experience, strong English communication, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of customer service experience preferred.
• Able to respond to visual and auditory cues.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including weekends, evenings and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greets and welcomes customers with a smile as a company representative.
• Constantly seeks ways to improve friendly, helpful service and reduce customer waiting time to positively impact department’s customer service ratings.
• Effectively and enthusiastically communicates the benefits of the Caesars Rewards program and provides players with a compelling reason to play at Harrah’s every time.
• Cross-sells property events (shows, promotions, etc.) and amenities (hotel, restaurants, etc.). Ensuring each customer interaction results in increased customer confidence in Caesars Rewards.
• Promotes and executes customer promotions flawlessly.
• Serves as Caesars Rewards and customer service role model for other employees.
• Handles problem situations using Service Recovery tools.
• Creates and maintains customer accounts using Harrah’s computer systems.
