Job summary

Caesars Entertainment in Atlantic City is seeking detail-oriented guest services staff to deliver outstanding service at the casino floor. You will greet guests, promote Caesars Rewards benefits, collect information, and ensure accurate account updates while maintaining security of guest data.

Day-to-day you'll assist with promotional events, issue amenities, and help drive Caesars Rewards sign-ups and email captures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to add and subtract numbers.
• Pleasant personality and ability to interact with the public.
• Clear, friendly speaking voice.
• Ability to take direction in a positive manner.
• Customer service and computer experience preferred.
• NJ CER LICENSE REQUIRED

Responsibilities

• Introduces the Caesars Rewards Tiered Card to new players and replaces lost cards for guests.
• Accurately enters new customer accounts and updates accounts when necessary.
• Promotes Caesars Rewards Visa program and meets monthly goals.
• Promotes Caesars Rewards App and encourages guests to download.
• Builds relationships with customers to drive Caesars Rewards sign-ups and email capture.
• Ensures initial customer contact is courteous, informative, and thorough.
• Displays a friendly, positive demeanor while collecting information to grow the Caesars Rewards database.
• Keeps guest information secure and verifies accuracy.
• Provides customers with accurate information about the Caesars Rewards program and property and entertainment offered.
• Batches, counts, and assigns control tickets to incoming promotional data.
• Greet customers as a company representative and provide information concerning specific functions.
• Assists in coordination of special promotional events.
• Issues promotional amenities, redeems coupons, maintains records, banks and inventory control.
• Assists at Marketing Promotions events by greeting and checking in guests, awarding prizes.
