Job summary

Monarch Casino Resort Spa in Black Hawk, Colorado, seeks a Players Club Supervisor to lead the Monarch Rewards desk and casino floor guest service. You will support enrollment efforts, communicate benefits, and promote resort promotions and events.

The role requires strong guest service, team leadership, and data-entry skills, with the ability to manage high guest volume and maintain accuracy across systems.
