Responsibilities:

• Lead by example in delivering professional, welcoming guest service at the Monarch Rewards desk and on the casino floor.
• Support Team Members in achieving department goals for new member enrollment and communicating membership benefits effectively.
• Promote Monarch Rewards membership, casino promotions, special events, and resort amenities.
• Provide hands‑on desk support, including opening membership accounts, replacing cards, answering telephone calls, and responding to guest inquiries.
• Address escalated guest concerns professionally and communicate issues requiring additional assistance to department management.
• Ensure accurate entry of guest information into the casino patron system using approved identification and established procedures.
• Prepare shift reports and communicate guest service concerns, enrollment activity, and operational updates to management.
• Assist with promotions and special events while maintaining attentive service during periods of high guest volume.
• Maintain current knowledge of resort offerings and communicate accurate information to guests and Team Members.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Strong guest service and communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with guests and Team Members.
• Ability to guide and support a team in achieving membership enrollment and guest service goals.
• Ability to explain membership benefits clearly and encourage guest participation with enthusiasm and professionalism.
• Proficiency in computer use, typing, spelling, basic mathematics, and accurate data entry.
• Ability to review identification and accurately enter information into the casino patron system.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and seek management assistance when appropriate.
• A collaborative approach and commitment to maintaining positive working relationships.
• Physical requirements include prolonged standing and walking while assisting guests at the Rewards desk and throughout the casino floor, and operating a computer and telephone, with or without reasonable accommodation.
