Job summary

Jackpot Junction Casino Hotel in Morton, MN, is seeking a Rewards Club Supervisor to lead club operations and deliver excellent guest service. You will supervise staff, support promotions, track member activity, and ensure accurate points and rewards processing at a bustling casino venue.

The role requires prior supervisory experience, a high school diploma or GED, and a bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business (or equivalent).

Qualifications

Experience in a supervisory position, preferably in casino player development.
High school diploma or GED required.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field, or equivalent work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Support Rewards Club Manager in all aspects of Rewards Club operations.
Provide superior customer service, and assure the same level of service from staff.
Assist Casino Host Supervisor with execution of all promotions and group tracking.
Supervise enrollment of club members and provided services.
Assist with analyzing and implementing promotional programs.
Account for accurate accumulation of member points and redemption.
Assist with management of Rewards Club inventory of supplies and premiums.
Make recommendations for effective player and group tracking.
Make recommendations for upgrading programs to improve efficacy.
Support all department and company policies and procedures.
Assist with supervision of Rewards Club staff, including training, work direction, safety, communication and performance evaluation.
Audit data input and marketing detectors, and assist with mailings.
Attend department meetings as required.
Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
