Job summary

Jackpot Junction Casino Hotel seeks a Rewards Club Manager to support all Rewards Club operations, ensure superior service, and supervise staff during promotions and group tracking.

You will audit data, assist with program analysis and promotions, manage member enrollment and inventory, and represent the department in meetings. Flexibility for weekends/holidays and a professional appearance are required.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field, or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Experience in a supervisory position, preferably in casino player development.
