Job summary

Jackpot Junction Casino Hotel seeks a guest services associate to enroll guests into the Rewards Club and serve as a centralized information resource. You will promote events, handle point redemptions, and support daily promotions.

Responsibilities include attending meetings, maintaining confidentiality, and delivering friendly, professional service while coordinating with team members and guests across shifts. Regular attendance and flexibility to work varied hours are required.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of customer service experience preferred.
