Job summary

Foxwoods Resort Casino in Mashantucket is seeking a Marketing Rewards Rep to support the guest experience at the Rewards Desk and VIP Player’s Lounge. Under supervision, you will enroll new club members, accurately redeem promotional coupons, and provide exceptional customer service to guests arriving by bus or car.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and at least 1 year of customer service experience, with physical ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for long periods.

Qualifications

• Requires high level customer service skills and basic computer skills.
• 1 year of customer service experience required.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs and stand/walk up to 8 hours.

Responsibilities

• Enroll new club members and promote gaming club initiatives.
• Process and ensure accurate redemption of promotional coupons and programs.
• Serve as cashier for sales and coupon redemption programs.
• Distribute promotional materials and assist guests at the Rewards Desk and VIP Lounge.
• Assist with enrollment kiosks and event registrations.
• Respond to guest inquiries regarding promotions, events, and facilities.
