Job summary

AvidXchange is seeking a Revenue Technology Specialist in Charlotte, NC, a learning-forward role at the intersection of revenue automation and AI tooling. You’ll work under mentorship to build automation workflows, support data pipelines, and contribute to AI agent projects.

Ideal candidates are early in their career, technically curious, familiar with SaaS tools, and eager to grow into GTM engineering. Documentation and proactive learning are emphasized.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience in RevOps, marketing ops, sales ops, or technical support or strong self-directed projects.
• Technical curiosity with ability to explain automation/workflows clearly.
• Familiarity with at least one SaaS platform (Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, Zapier) and willingness to learn integration platforms.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain automation workflows across the RevTech stack using Workato, Salesforce Flows, and no-code/low-code tools.
• Support data pipelines and integration logic between Marketo and Salesforce.
• Assist in data quality monitoring and governance artifacts.
