Job summary

AvidXchange is seeking a senior leader to drive Enterprise Technology and Business Operations from Charlotte, NC. You’ll oversee service delivery, IT operations, enterprise applications, and vendor management while guiding AI enablement and productivity initiatives.

This role reports to the COO and shapes budgets, staffing, and strategic partnerships across the company. The ideal candidate has 15+ years in relevant roles, proven executive leadership, and a track record in digital transformation

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent experience; minimum 15 years of relevant experience.
• Proven executive leadership in enterprise technology or shared services.
• Experience scaling AI adoption and digital transformation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee service delivery, IT operations, asset management, and vendor management.
• Own enterprise applications roadmap and productivity tools.
• Lead AI initiatives and governance across the organization.
• Build and manage budgets, headcount, and operating expenses.
