Qualifications

• 3+ years in pre-sales solution consulting or technical sales in SaaS/enterprise tech.
• Self-starter who thrives in unstructured environments and quickly grasps technical concepts.
• Customer-obsessed and able to solve problems through technology.
• Experience documenting workflows, proposals, SOWs, and RFIs/RFPs.
• Familiar with CRM/marketing automation platforms and API integrations.

Responsibilities

• Dive into customer requirements and ensure alignment with solution design.
• Deliver technical proof points validating functionality and integration.
• Develop and deliver tailored, live product demos.
• Collaborate with Solution Consultants and cross-functional teams to enable sales.
• Maintain deep knowledge of ZoomInfo product suite and updates.
• Address customer technical questions with guidance throughout the sales process.
