Job summary

ZoomInfo is seeking a Technical Solutions Consultant to drive the technical aspects of solutioning throughout the sales process. You will work with the Solution Architect and Account Manager to ensure delivered solutions meet identified needs.

Responsibilities include technical execution, tailored demonstrations, and cross-functional collaboration to win technical approvals and align product capabilities with customer requirements.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of pre-sales solution consulting or technical sales in SaaS or Enterprise technology.
• A self-starter mindset capable of thriving in unstructured environments and quickly grasping technical concepts.
• A customer‑obsessed approach with a knack for solving problems through technology.
• Outstanding problem‑solving skills and ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Experience with workflow diagrams, proposals, SOWs, and RFPs/RFIs.
• Working knowledge of CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot) or marketing automation platforms (Marketo, Eloqua).
• Experience with APIs to connect applications or data for customized, complex use cases is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Technical Execution: Align customer requirements with ZoomInfo's product capabilities and address technical concerns.
• Proof of Solution Design: Deliver technical proof points validating functionality and integration.
• Customized Demonstrations: Create and deliver live product demos addressing specific customer challenges.
• Technical Enablement: Support solution narratives by proving feasibility and execution of designs.
• Product Expertise: Maintain deep knowledge of ZoomInfo's product suite and integrations.
• Problem-Solving: Address technical questions throughout the sales cycle, offering guidance.
• Relationship Building: Build trust with technical stakeholders to accelerate sales cycles.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Solution Consultants, Product Management, Product Marketing, Enablement, and Customer Success.
