Steer is seeking a Head of Revenue Operations to build and scale the operational, data, and technology foundation across the go-to-market organization, including Sales, Marketing, CS, Finance and Partnerships. • Own Revenue Systems, Billing Infrastructure & AI Innovation: Lead core revenue systems and automation across Marketing, Sales, CS, Finance, and Partnerships.
• Drive Enablement, Ramp & Team Productivity: Design onboarding and reporting workflows to reduce new-hire time-to-productivity.
• Optimize Funnel Performance & Revenue Intelligence: Build dashboards, forecasting models, and analytics to improve pipeline efficiency.
