Job summary

Zirous is seeking a Revenue Operations Consultant to join our RevOps team. You will align sales, marketing, and service operations by designing, implementing, and optimizing platforms like Marketo, HubSpot, Salesforce, Zendesk, and more.

You will lead discovery, configuration, deployment, and ongoing optimization for diverse client engagements. Ideal candidates bring strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and a passion for delivering measurable results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IS or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 2+ years delivering services delivery solutions (Zendesk, ServiceNow, Freshdesk).
• Experience with requirement gathering, configuration, customization, and administration.
• Strong communication and ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Experience with API integrations and web services for connecting Zendesk with other systems.
• Certifications in Marketo, HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zendesk are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end RevOps projects from discovery through deployment.
• Serve as primary client contact and manage communications.
• Configure and customize RevOps tool instances.
• Design workflows, permissions, and reporting.
• Lead platform demos and address client needs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure project success.
• Provide post-implementation troubleshooting and optimization.
• Create training materials and end-user documentation.
• Stay current with new features and industry trends.
• Build strong client relationships as trusted advisor.
