Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in marketing operations, CRM administration, revenue management, business operations, or ticket operations
• Hands-on experience administering Salesforce, Pardot, and Archtics/Ticketmaster
• Experience with data management practices such as de-duplication, data cleansing, and maintaining data standards
• Experience with dynamic pricing, yield management, or inventory strategy
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Familiarity with SQL or data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)

Responsibilities

• Oversee business operations and platform strategy for the Marketing department
• CRM optimization and system governance across Salesforce, Pardot, and related tools
• Ensure data integrity and lead reporting/analytics initiatives
• Lead dynamic pricing, revenue management, and inventory strategy
• Provide training and staff support for operations tools
