Zirous is seeking a highly skilled Revenue Operations Consultant to join our RevOps team. You will help clients align sales, marketing, and customer service by designing, implementing, and optimizing the platforms that power them.

You will lead Zendesk implementations, data migrations, and training, acting as the go-to Zendesk expert. The role demands strong analytics, effective communication, and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions while collaborating across

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, Business & Technology Consulting, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• 2+ years of experience implementing services delivery solutions (Zendesk, ServiceNow, Freshdesk) in a consulting or in-house role.
• Proven experience with service delivery platform requirement gathering, configuration, customization, and administration.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills; ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Experience with API integrations and web services for connecting Zendesk with other systems is highly desirable.
• Project management experience with a strong ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and mitigate risks.
• Zendesk Certifications (e.g., Implementation Expert Bootcamp, Presales Specialist & Expert Path, Advanced AI – Technical) are a significant plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong customer-centric approach and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
• An interest in learning other RevOps offerings such as HubSpot, Marketo, and Salesforce – leading implementations based on business and client needs.
