Kafene is seeking a Manager, Revenue Operations to own programs that grow, retain, and improve its merchant base. You will run promotions, incentives, and treatments end-to-end, collaborating with Revenue, Risk, Analytics, and Sales to drive measurable results in a fast-paced fintech environment.

You will partner with multiple teams to ensure programs launch on time, stay compliant, and scale through automation and SOPs. This is an execution-focused role with real ownership.

Qualificações

• 5+ years in revenue or sales operations.
• Hands-on experience executing promotions, pricing changes, or A/B experiments in B2B/fintech.
• Advanced HubSpot skills across tickets, pipelines, workflows, properties, and reporting.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel.

Responsabilidades

• Keep merchant treatments moving from intake to completion in HubSpot and Jira.
• Run experiments with Analytics and Product; define success metrics and sample sizes.
• Plan and execute merchant promotions from eligibility to launch and measurement.
• Administer merchant incentive programs, including spiffs and rebates, with Finance and Sales.
• Create repeatable processes, SOPs, and dashboards; automate workflows with Product and Risk.
• Be the go-to RevOps contact for Account Management and sales leadership.
