Job summary

Kafene is seeking a Manager, Revenue Operations to own programs that grow and retain its merchant base. You’ll manage merchant treatments, experiments, promotions, and incentives, driving end-to-end execution with measurable outcomes.

In this remote-friendly, fintech-focused role, you’ll collaborate with Analytics, Product, Marketing, and Sales to launch programs on time, with clean data trails and scalable processes that reduce headcount as we scale.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in revenue operations, sales operations, or a closely related role.
• Hands-on experience executing promotions, pricing changes, or A/B experiments in a B2B/fintech environment.
• Advanced HubSpot skills across tickets, pipelines, workflows, properties, and reporting; proficiency in Sheets/Excel.
• Strong judgment for edge cases and proactive communication with cross-functional partners.
• Ability to run multiple programs in parallel with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Keep merchant treatments moving from intake to completion in HubSpot and Jira.
• Run experiments with Analytics and Product; define success metrics and readouts.
• Launch promotions from eligibility to measurement with a single source of truth.
• Administer merchant incentive programs including spiffs and rebates; coordinate with Finance and Sales leadership.
• Create repeatable processes, SOPs, and dashboards; automate workflows with Product and Risk.
• Serve as RevOps partner to sales, communicating launches, changes, and results to Account Management and sales leadership.
