Instrumentl is seeking a RevOps Manager to oversee our marketing infrastructure, partnering closely with Product Marketing Managers and Events teams. The ideal candidate will own the CRM and marketing data model, implement AI tools, and ensure data quality across marketing systems.

With a compensation range of $130,000–$155,000 plus bonuses, this role offers a chance to drive significant impact in a rapidly evolving company.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations, or a GTM Systems role at a B2B SaaS company.
• Hands-on experience with marketing automation and CRM administration (HubSpot preferred).
• Data architecture experience: designing or improving a marketing data model.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain marketing data model in HubSpot.
• Build and maintain data pipelines connecting external sources.
• Build and maintain dashboards for funnel health and campaign performance.
