Brex is hiring for a RevOps professional to own the Startups motion, partnering with Partnerships and Account Executive teams. The role demands an analytical mindset and the ability to translate data into actionable insights for GTM leaders and the CRO.

You will wear many hats, manage multiple priorities, and move quickly in a startup-like environment, with a focus on improving revenue growth and operational efficiency across the Startups segment.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of revenue/sales operations experience.
• Experience supporting multiple GTM teams.
• Ability to translate data into insights and communicate with executives.
• Bonus: RevOps at an early-stage or high-growth startup.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the dedicated RevOps partner to the Startups revenue org, supporting Partnerships and AE teams.
• Own reporting and analyzing forecast, pipeline, and compensation for the GTM team.
• Collaborate with enablement, data, finance, systems, marketing, and operations to implement improvements.
• Drive annual planning and monitor ROE to improve clarity and efficiency.
• Identify, scope, and run operational projects that drive revenue growth.
