Jazz in Boston is seeking a Revenue Operations leader to own forecasting, pipeline visibility, and sales reporting end-to-end. You will design scalable GTM processes, supervise the Salesforce ecosystem, and deliver exec-ready dashboards for the COO and board.

In this role, you will partner with the COO and GTM leadership across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to turn data into decisions, enable fast execution, and drive revenue growth in a fast-moving security tech company.

Qualifikationen

• 4+ years in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or GTM Operations in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Hands-on Salesforce experience with reporting and automation.
• Fluent English, strong communication and analytical skills.

• Own forecasting, pipeline visibility, and sales reporting end-to-end.
• Design and improve scalable GTM processes across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
• Manage CRM data integrity, hygiene, automations, and workflow efficiency in Salesforce.
• Build dashboards and reporting frameworks for leadership and the board.
• Oversee quoting, pricing workflows, approvals, and contract coordination.
• Collaborate with COO and GTM leadership on cross-functional initiatives.
