Job summary

Harmony in New York seeks a Director of Revenue Operations to build systems, data, and AI-powered workflows for Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Deal Desk. You’ll report to the CEO and partner with the CRO and CMO to establish trusted pipeline insights and ROI tracking.

This hands-on individual contributor role requires Salesforce expertise and a passion for automating processes, forecasting, and cross‑functional collaboration to drive revenue growth.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM strategy.
• Hands-on experience across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
• Proven ability to build forecasting models and territory/quota plans.
• Experience with AI-powered workflows and automation.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to present to executives.

Responsibilities

• Revenue strategy, planning, and modeling with leadership alignment.
• Own GTM data stack, dashboards, and data quality standards.
• Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success operations ownership.
• Deal Desk: pricing, approvals, and quote-to-cash processes.
• Insight reporting and cross-functional alignment with EVP/board readiness.
