Job summary

Kalepa is seeking its first Revenue Operations hire to design and scale the operating system behind our go-to-market team and drive rapid growth. This foundational role will let you build forecasting, pipeline management, territory design, analytics, and other RevOps projects from scratch.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Revenue/Sales Ops at a high-growth AI/SaaS startup.
• Experience forecasting for enterprise sales with multi-stakeholder cycles.
• Proven ability to design and own GTM tech stack.
• Experience presenting to executives with data-driven insights.

Responsibilities

• Design forecasting methodology and cadence with leadership.
• Own CRM stack and tools, integrate AI-powered automation.
• Build territory segmentation and quota planning.
• Partner with CRO and finance on compensation plans.
• Provide GTM analytics and reporting to execs and board.
