Job summary

Juno is hiring a Revenue Operations Lead to own the systems our go-to-market team relies on. This hands-on role centers on HubSpot within a connected stack including CRM, billing, product data, support, and outbound.

You'll partner across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success, build dashboards, automate processes, and drive AI-forward improvements while ensuring data accuracy and cost efficiency. Remote-friendly US-based candidates encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in revenue, sales, or marketing operations with real ownership of a CRM.
• Deep HubSpot expertise (Enterprise-tier workflows, calculated properties, reporting).
• Automation or AI skills/agents to speed ops.
• Strong analytical chops and systems-thinking to see ripple effects.
• Background in usage-based or recurring-revenue SaaS.
• Experience with quote-to-cash or billing operations (e.g., Stripe) with Finance collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Own the CRM (HubSpot Enterprise) setup and data hygiene.
• Build dashboards, pipeline analytics, and forecasting used by leadership.
• Lead a quote-to-cash / collections project with Finance.
• Keep the stack connected with integrations to ensure consistent data.
• Enable Marketing, Sales, and CS with self-serve tooling and cost efficiency.
