rePurpose Global is seeking a Remote Revenue Operations Manager to own HubSpot administration and drive data-driven decision making. You will build dashboards, automate workflows, and partner with Revenue, Finance, and Operations leadership to improve reporting and pipeline management.

The role emphasizes data integrity, scalable reporting frameworks, and operational rigor across a global go‑to‑market function. Initial preference for candidates on the East Coast or New York area.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in Revenue Operations or a similar analytical/operational role.
• Hands-on HubSpot administration experience in a business environment.
• Experience building reports and dashboards for Revenue, Finance, or Operations leadership.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary HubSpot administrator, ensuring platform health, structure, and optimization.
• Build and maintain HubSpot reports, dashboards, workflows, sequences, lists, views, and automation across teams.
• Manage user permissions, data hygiene, lifecycle stages, and pipeline configurations within HubSpot.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve reporting.
• Provide ongoing troubleshooting, data integrity improvements, and process efficiency enhancements.
• Develop and maintain cross-functional dashboards and reports covering Revenue, Finance, and Operations.
• Translate business questions into scalable reporting frameworks and deliver insights to leadership.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual business reporting needs with accurate data definitions.
