Job summary

Rhino Federated Computing in Boston is hiring a builder to run and grow Revenue Operations. This individual contributor role focuses on building and tooling: instrumenting HubSpot, connecting ad platforms, and shipping automation and agentic workflows used by the commercial team.

As the organization grows, you will hire Sales Ops and Marketing Ops Analysts and a GTM/Automation Engineer, while enhancing lifecycle stages, pipeline architecture, and real-time reporting cadence.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in RevOps, Sales Ops, GTM Engineering, or Marketing Ops within a B2B sales org.

Responsibilities

• Build production automation and agentic workflows for the commercial team.
• Lead routing and enrichment, CRM sync, attribution QA, outbound assistance, RFX/tender Finder.
• Stand up HubSpot adoption: lifecycle stages, scoring, routing, attribution, pipeline architecture.
• Connect Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads to the CRM, close the attribution loop.
• Automate reporting: pipeline dashboards, OKR tracking, board reporting cadence.
• Maintain data quality: deal source, stage, ARR, close date, contact role audits.
