Job summary

FOSSA, Inc. seeks a RevOps Generalist for a contract, owning the GTM tech stack, Salesforce administration, forecasting models, and revenue dashboards.

You’ll fix data quality, streamline processes, and align Sales, Marketing, CS, and Finance to improve velocity and conversion insights in a fast-moving startup. This remote US role is part‑time (approximately 10–20 hours/week) for an initial 3‑month engagement with potential extension, involving hands‑on CRM work, tool integrations, and quota

Qualifications

• Proven hands-on Salesforce administration experience, including flows, automations, security models, and reporting.
• Strong revenue operations background with forecasting, pipeline management, and funnel analysis.
• Experience designing GTM tech stack integrations with data cleanliness and adoption in mind.
• Strong analytical skills with dashboard/reporting in Salesforce or BI tools.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment as a contractor.
• Clear written and verbal communication across Sales, Marketing, CS, and Finance.

Responsibilities

• Own the GTM tech stack and administer the CRM and connected tools to remain integrated and clean.
• Drive pipeline forecasting rigor with models and dashboards for leadership visibility.
• Design and streamline end-to-end revenue processes, from lead to renewal, reducing friction.
• Support quota planning, capacity modeling, and cross-functional alignment with Finance.
• Partner with GTM teams to ensure data accuracy and actionable insights.
