Job summary

vCluster Labs is seeking a Revenue Operations Specialist to own quote-to-cash, reporting, and Salesforce support for our US team. You will shape automation, data hygiene, and dashboards as part of a small RevOps group at an inflection point.

You’ll work across Salesforce, Ironclad, and Stripe integrations, enabling fast, scalable revenue processes in a distributed, remote-friendly environment. This role offers the chance to influence tooling choices and process design at scale.

Qualifications

3+ years in revenue operations, sales operations, or deal desk.
Fluency in quote-to-cash processes and CRM revenue flow.
Experience building Salesforce reports and dashboards.
B2B SaaS background is preferred.
Ability to work fast with a service mindset.
Resourceful and comfortable using AI tools to accelerate work.

Responsibilities

Own quote-to-cash processes and deal desk in Salesforce and related systems.
Build, update and automate Salesforce flows and formulas.
Manage US hours of Salesforce request queue and assist AEs, especially new hires.
Support commissions tooling and deal reviews with COO.
Maintain pipeline, renewal, ARR, and territory dashboards; explain discrepancies.
Ensure data hygiene and keep RevOps documentation current.
