Job summary

Act-On Software is seeking a hands-on Revenue Operations Analyst to own Salesforce configuration, clean data, reliable reports, and leadership materials for the revenue organization. You’ll transform a decades-long Salesforce org into a trusted, deduped, well-documented system used in every pipeline review.

You will build dashboards, manage territory setups, and maintain data integrity across Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing in a hybrid Portland-based role.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Ops, or Salesforce administration in a B2B SaaS setting.
• Experience with Salesforce reports, dashboards, Data Loader, large imports, and record merges; understand sandbox vs production.
• Familiarity with ZoomInfo and Gong Engage; Excel/Sheets proficiency; data cleanup discipline.

Responsibilities

• Lead Salesforce data hygiene: merge duplicates, enrich/backfill records, deprecate unused fields, minimal operational disruption.
• Audit and document field usage, workflows, automations, and cross-system data flows; maintain clean data going forward.
• Support Territory management for BDRs, AEs, and AMs; own integrations between sales stack and Salesforce including Gong Engage sync.
