Job summary

Directive Consulting is a premier B2B performance marketing agency driving real revenue through Customer Generation. We seek an Associate Director, Revenue Operations to lead RevOps with deep hands-on Salesforce, marketing automation, and HubSpot expertise.

You will mentor a team of RevOps strategists, oversee complex client engagements, and stay hands-on guiding architecture and audits. Strong leadership and executive communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Revenue Operations or CRM/Marketing Ops.
• Agency or consultancy experience with multiple client engagements.
• 1–2+ years of direct people management.
• Active Salesforce Administrator Certification.
• Hands-on Salesforce Sales Cloud experience.
• Experience with at least one marketing automation platform.

Responsibilities

• Manage and mentor a team of Revenue Operations engineers.
• Lead complex client engagements and ensure delivery quality.
• Hands-on guidance in Salesforce, HubSpot, and MAP audits/implementations.
• Translate technical findings into clear executive recommendations.
• Support scoping, solution design, and new business opportunities.
• Develop repeatable RevOps processes and standards.
