Job summary

Cerbo is seeking a Director of Revenue Operations to own the strategy, systems, data, and processes powering go-to-market. You will report to the CFO and partner with Sales, Marketing, CS, and Finance to align targets and drive a single source of truth across pipeline and forecasting.

This role blends strategic leadership with hands-on execution, building the RevOps function, implementing automation, and scaling the team as the business grows.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Revenue, Sales, or Marketing Operations in B2B SaaS.
• Proven ability to build and scale RevOps from the ground up.
• Strong business acumen and senior stakeholder partnering with Finance.
• Hands-on admin experience with HubSpot and Salesforce (certs a plus).

Responsibilities

• Set and own end-to-end RevOps strategy aligned to GTM targets.
• Scale RevOps: structure, systems, playbooks, and team growth.
• Lead AI/automation adoption across revenue processes and forecasting.
• Own deal desk, pricing, and quote-to-cash processes.
• Manage RevOps tech stack and integrations (CPQ, BI, data enrichment).
• Deliver dashboards and models for pipeline, retention, and revenue.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, CS, and Finance on planning and bottlenecks.
• Document processes and enable team adoption with runbooks.
