Job summary

Skimmer is seeking a Revenue Operations Analyst to transform messy data into trustworthy insights. You will own weekly RevOps dashboards, work with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Product to deepen data-driven decisions across GTM and finance.

Bring strong SQL, experience with CRM systems like HubSpot or Salesforce, and fluency in modern BI tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Power BI. You’ll partner with leaders to prototype AI-assisted reports and scale reporting as the company grows.

Qualifications

• Experience in revenue operations, BI, or data analytics; vertical SaaS experience preferred.
• Proven SQL expertise and working with a cloud data warehouse (e.g., Snowflake) and modern ETL workflows.
• CRM platforms (HubSpot or Salesforce) including data structures, mapping, and data-quality workflows.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with clean and messy data.
• Proficiency with BI/reporting tools (Sigma, Looker, Tableau, Power BI).

Responsibilities

• Run weekly RevOps KPI dashboards and own more over time, covering GTM funnel, payments, product adoption, churn, and customer success.
• Support revenue-share reporting, reconciliation, and reporting on embedded financing products.
• Make CRM data clean, complete, and automatic.
• Standardize fields and close data-quality gaps across pipelines and product lines.
• Collaborate with Product Analyst to bring product usage data into the CRM for leadership visibility.
• Automate spreadsheet-driven processes so CRM data populates automatically.
• Prototype new reporting with AI tools and integrate into production BI.
• Stand up reporting for go-to-market, finance, and operations as new areas come online.
• Support acquisitions and grow the data layer; assist data matching and reconciliation.
• Learn data models and identity resolution across systems with guidance.
