Job summary

Skimmer is seeking a Revenue Operations / Business Intelligence professional to own and improve weekly KPI dashboards, revenue reporting, and CRM data quality. You will partner with Finance, Sales, and Product to standardize data, automate processes, and enable leadership decisions with trusted insights.

You’ll prototype AI-powered reports, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and help scale reporting as the company expands its products, acquisitions, and go-to-market strategies.

Qualifications

• Prior work in revenue operations or BI, ideally with vertical SaaS.
• Expertise in SQL and Snowflake or similar data warehouse.
• Experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot or Salesforce) and data-quality workflows.
• Attention to detail with clean and messy data.
• Proficient in BI tools (Sigma, Looker, Tableau, Power BI).
• Strong EQ and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience with AI tools for prototyping and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Run weekly RevOps KPI dashboards and reporting, expanding ownership over time.
• Support revenue and finance reporting, including partner agreements and reconciliations.
• Clean and automate CRM data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Standardize fields and close data-quality gaps in pipelines and product lines.
• Collaborate with Product Analyst to integrate product usage data into CRM.
• Automate manual spreadsheet processes so CRM data populates automatically.
• Prototype AI-based reports and integrate them into production BI tools.
• Stand up reporting for GTM, finance, and operations as new areas come online.
• Support acquisitions, data migration, and reconcile performance post-acquisition.
• Learn and own the customer and revenue data model with guidance.
